Great communication and didn't feel like I was getting sold too! I came in because my AC stopped working in this horrible SD heat wave. They were able to get it up and running and told me a needed a new compressor for the longevity but that is really wasn't worth it for the age of my car. They also did an overall health check of my car and topped it off with oil.

I brought my Panamera in a bit early and they took me right in. I came in for an oil change and luckily the mechanics also checked the brake fluid which was very low. I appreciate their attention to details and keeping me safe on the highways! Everyone was helpful, professional and efficient! Thanks you

Excellent service from German Auto Center. Bert got my Mercedes in quickly, took the time to properly diagnose the issue, and had me back on the road to Arizona without any further problems. Bert was especially thorough and professional, taking the time to explain everything and make sure the problem was resolved. Honest service, fair pricing, and no unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend!

I have been a client of German Auto Center for several years now and am *finally* giving them an overdue review as I make a cross county move away from SD. These folks are honest!! I wouldn’t take my German car anywhere else in San Diego! I found them after the MB dealership was hooking and sinking me dry. My mom worked in Lexus car dealerships my entire life and kept telling me these dealerships were gouging me! She’d even ask to talk to the service guys sometimes about exactly what they were doing and she would say no way, we are not doing that. As a girl, look I’ll admit I don’t know the first thing about keeping up with my car, I just do what is recommended. However, I found the German Auto Center, and am gratedul I did! These guys and gals are always upfront and honest about what I do and do not need. I have always felt confident about giving them my money knowing they’ve done a thorough and stand up job. I’m about to drive my car 2,000+ miles and know it’s in tip top shape to do so. Thank you German Auto Center for all the years of work you’ve kept up on my GLC 300! You guys are the best!

I recently brought my Mercedes to German Auto Center in San Diego, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this shop has a deep knowledge and passion for Mercedes vehicles. The team was incredibly professional, and their expertise was immediately apparent. They took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my car, and their ability to quickly diagnose and address the problem was impressive. Not only did they have a wealth of knowledge specific to my Mercedes, but they also provided honest advice and options to make sure I was comfortable with every decision. What really sets them apart is the level of care and attention to detail they put into their work. I felt like my car was in the hands of true professionals who genuinely care about both the cars they work on and their customers. If you’re looking for a shop that really knows their way around German cars, particularly Mercedes, I highly recommend German Auto Center. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future service needs!
